Consistency isn’t flashy, but it works. Over time, it makes success inevitable. The exciting part? When you reflect on your past, outline your future, and identify the habits to get you there, the only thing that can stop you is quitting. And when quitting isn’t an option, you become unstoppable. For me, this realization is calming. Consistency simplifies the process—it’s just about showing up daily and trusting the compounding effect of small actions.
