4th of July is my favorite holiday. Not because of the fireworks or the patriotic playlists. But because, for a weekend, everyone seems to just be happy. Grilling with friends. Floating on lakes. Laughing. Letting loose. No pressure to be productive. No need to check boxes. Just… living. And every year, it reminds me of two things:
But what if happiness isn’t something you need to chase a few times a year? What if it’s something you could create more of, daily? For high performers, happiness often gets buried beneath ambition. We think, “Once I get the promotion… drop the weight… build the business… then I’ll enjoy life.” But the truth is, most men don’t have a success problem, they have a presence problem. They don’t know how to slow down. To be in the moment. To enjoy what they’ve built. So here’s your challenge today: Don’t just celebrate freedom. Take time to be present. Pause. Look around. Let it sink in. Because the happiest guys I know? They don’t just chase goals, they enjoy the process. Cheers to independence, grilled meats, and the little moments that actually make life amazing. And if you're ready to feel more of that every day, reply “Happy” and I’ll show you what that can look like inside my Locker Room. Favorite Photo From Last Week: Last week I got to hang out with my two favorite ladies, my mom and Kel! Happy 4th! Tanner Forwarded this email? Sign up HERE Ready to live life to the fullest?
